| Why I Do What I Do |
Coldwell Banker Northern California Folsom Office |
I serve home sellers, home buyers and property investors. My promise and #1 goal to hear you say that I listened, understood and helped you realize the dream of home ownership.
Events surrounding a move from one home to another can be overwhelming. It matters little if this is your first or tenth move, or if you are moving across town or across the nation. Each transaction ... and no two are the same ... presents a unique set of factors that must be overseen with exacting detail and in a manner of fairness and advocacy to protect your interests.
That's where I hope to be of service. Based on my own experiences before becoming a Realtor, I am committed to working for you in the same way I appreciated those truly experienced and qualified Realtors who helped my family during times of transition. Over the years, nearly every one of my family's home transactions employed Coldwell Banker, so you might say I now practice what was once offered to me. I have been associated with Coldwell Banker in Folsom since 2004 and proudly hold membership in the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, the Master's Club of the Sacramento Association of Realtors, and accreditation as a licensed real estate Broker by The Department of Real Estate.
My earliest relationship with Coldwell Banker began in Orange County during the early 1980's where I supervised the advertising for Coldwell Banker and The Irvine Company. Over the next two decades, my career in marketing and media resulted in the introduction of a number of products and services that have become integral in everything we do today ... most notably, the introduction of Karaoke from Pioneer Electronics in 1988 and supervising the website structure for Cadillac Motor Car in 1995 which incorporated the first use of Java to assist site navigation. Leading up to the 'dot.bust' of 2000, I worked with global advertising agencies in the development of marketing and branding for companies like EdwardJones Investments, Weber BBQ, and Trilogy. Shortly after moving to Sacramento in 2002, I helped assist PBS-KVIE's underwriting efforts. I joined Coldwell Banker in 2004, and today, my wife, Terri, and I live in Lexington Hills neighborhood of Folsom.
So, why do I do what I do? It's really quite simple. I take a genuine interest and great pride in hearing my clients say that I fulfilled every promise.
Thank you for giving me this opportunity to offer my experience, guidance and counsel.
Oh, and here's a sampling of what I do when I'm not doing real estate. As an avid photographer, I enjoy capturing images of our community and I am frequently requested to photograph homes for other agents. My passion for vintage automobiles dates back to General Motor's "Motorama" in 1953 and I have owned the 1954 Corvette (E54S002026) pictured below since 1980.
