Folsom Home Sales – 2009 Recap

The selling environment ended on an upbeat note with December sales (units) at their highest level since July 2008. However, the quantity of Bank REO and Short Sales recorded helped to pull the average selling price per square foot … for all homes … to their lowest levels of 2009. It is important to note that the average price per square foot paid for “Conventional” home sales $181.17 compared with “Bank Repos” of $162.97 and “Short Sales” at $168.79 during the last quarter of 2009.
